If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it with in 30 days of purchase using the printed return receipt which you will find in your order. If an item is returned in the original unopened package a full refund minus shipping will be returned. If the item has been taken from the original packaging and can not be reused you will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

All Brooks saddles carry the following guarantee:

6 Month SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – All new BROOKS and VO saddles. Return your new saddle at any time within six-months of the ship date for a full refund of the price of the saddle. Shipping will not be refunded. We assume that the purchaser has properly prepared the saddle with Proofide prior to riding for the first time so the unopened package statement listed above does not apply to our leather saddles. That said BTresource reserves the right to refuse a return based on possible improper use and maintenance of the leather saddle.
